This policy explains how content works on Arrive, including ownership, licences, reviews, moderation, and what is not allowed on the platform.

It applies to content uploaded to Arrive, content shared through Arrive, and content created as part of an Arrive Partnership. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

The goal is to keep things clear, fair, and practical for Destinations, Creatives, and the wider Arrive community.

• Creatives usually keep ownership of the work they create, unless they agree otherwise in writing.
• When Partnership Content is delivered, the Destination gets a broad licence to use it to promote its own property or business.
• Arrive gets a limited licence to host, display, and process content so the platform can work properly.
• Users must only upload content they have the right to use.
• Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on real experiences.
• We may remove content or take action on accounts if content breaks this policy, our Terms, or the law.
• We do not sell user content or license it onward as standalone content to unrelated third parties.

A Simple Example

• A hotel hosts a photographer through Arrive.
• The photographer delivers edited images from the stay.
• The photographer still owns those images unless both sides agreed otherwise in writing.
