0. Why We Have A Content Policy

Content rights and usage can get tricky, so we’ve put all the rules about uploading, licensing, reviewing, and moderating content on Arrive into this standalone policy for easy reading.

As a quick overview:

• Creatives own the content they create, but grant Destinations a license to use it for their own promotional purposes (e.g. displaying on their website, or posting to their online channels).
• All individuals shown in the content (including Creatives who are models) consent to their likeness being used for the Destination’s promotion.
• Arrive gets a license to display and host your uploaded content so that the platform can function (e.g. displaying a profile gallery of photos).
• We don’t sell or re-license any of your content, ever.
• Reviews on Arrive should of course be honest, relevant, and not manipulative or defamatory.
• Prohibited content includes illegal or harmful material, hate speech, IP infringement, and more.
• You must comply with this policy in addition to the Terms of Service. This policy is part of those Terms.
• If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service rules.
