This policy explains the standard we expect across Arrive when people communicate, review each other, and decide who they want to work with.

Arrive is built around respectful, fair collaboration between Destinations and Creatives. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion based on personal identity has no place on the platform.

This policy applies alongside our Terms of Service and helps set a clear baseline for how members should treat one another.

• Do not reject, exclude, insult, or disadvantage someone because of a protected characteristic.
• Keep partnership decisions focused on real factors like availability, fit, quality, communication, and deliverables.
• Reviews, messages, and profile content must not include discriminatory or hateful language.
• If we find behaviour that breaches this policy, Arrive may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts.
