Why We Have This Policy
This policy explains how Arrive should be used when members communicate, confirm Partnerships, and handle key agreement details.
We know some parts of a partnership may be discussed by phone, text, email, or other tools. That can be practical. We still want the important parts of the agreement to stay visible on Arrive so there is a clear shared record.
This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and is intended to help keep Partnerships clear, supportable, and fair for both Destinations and Creatives.
Quick Summary
- You may communicate off-platform for practical coordination if that works for both sides.
- Key Partnership details should still be kept on Arrive wherever possible, especially dates, deliverables, and important expectations.
- Arrive can only review and support what we can reasonably verify, so off-platform communication may limit how much we can help later.
- Costs that are not included in the Partnership should usually be handled directly between the Destination and the Creative.
- Contact information must not be used to pressure, market to, or bypass Arrive in a misleading or improper way.
- Repeated attempts to avoid logging Partnerships or platform usage may lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination.
A Simple Example
- A Destination and a Creative confirm a Partnership on Arrive.
- They then use WhatsApp to coordinate arrival time and check-in details.
- That is usually fine.
- The stay dates, deliverables, and any important special terms should still remain recorded on Arrive.
