Why We Have This Policy

This page explains, in simple terms, how billing and payments work on Arrive.

We want the rules to be clear, fair, and easy to follow. By using Arrive, operated by Arrive Technologies Limited, you agree to this Payments Policy as part of our Terms of Service.

Quick Summary

At the moment:

• Destinations pay to use Arrive
• Creatives do not currently pay Arrive

For Destinations

• Arrive uses a pay-as-you-go model, not a rolling monthly subscription
• you only pay when you complete Partnerships on Arrive
• if nothing is completed in a month, you do not pay for that month
• if multiple Partnerships are completed in the same month, you are still only charged once for that month
• Arrive does not charge separately for each individual Partnership
• payment is usually made through Stripe or another secure payment processor we choose to use

In short: Destinations only pay when Arrive has been used successfully, and billing is grouped by month rather than charged Partnership by Partnership.
