0. Why We Have A Privacy Policy
Privacy is super important, and protecting your personal information is core to earning your trust. Arrive is a multi-faceted platform with different user types (e.g. Destinations and Creatives) creating profiles, interacting, booking partnerships, and sharing content – which means we handle some of your personal data.
We’ve written this Privacy Policy to explain what we collect, how we use it, and your rights in a clear, friendly way (no heavy legal jargon). If anything is unclear, just reach out to us at [email protected].
- We only collect basic profile details (name, email, and optional info you choose to share). We don’t require sensitive personal data.
- Any content you upload (photos, videos, etc.) remains yours.
- We never sell your data or share it with random third parties for their own marketing.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your full card details.
- Geo-location features are opt-in – turn it on only if you want location-based features (it’s off by default).
- We only use cookies and minimal analytics to run and improve Arrive, not to track you across the web (e.g. to check if you’re still logged into the platform).
- We comply with GDPR/CCPA and other privacy laws, and we respect your rights no matter where you’re from (EU, UK, US, etc.). We’ll help you access, update, or delete your data on request.
- Arrive is for adults 18+ only – no children allowed.
