In the event of repeated or severe violations, we may suspend or permanently deactivate a Member’s account. In order to protect our community and business, the following behaviours are prohibited:

Asking Members for feedback outside of Arrive

Asking for Members to review you outside of Arrive takes valuable input about a Destination or Creator away from Arrive’s community. We want Members to share their feedback directly on Arrive so that other Members may benefit from their insights.

This includes:

• Asking Members to review a Arrive Destination on a non-Arrive website, or taking reviews from Arrive and posting them on a non-Arrive website
• Asking Members to fill in a survey regarding a Arrive Partnership via a non-Arrive website or form outside of Arrive
